Cancellation
Please understand that when an order is placed, it's authorized, and the fabric is cut shortly after. We do not accept cancellations on orders. Thank you for understanding.

NOTE - All fabric is sold in 1/2 yd. increments, and cut in full pieces unless otherwise stated on the product. Increments are stated clearly on the site. 

EXAMPLE: QTY. 2 is 1 yd., one full uncut yard will be shipped. QTY 3 is 1.5 yds., one full uncut 1.5 yds will be shipped.

Physical Product Shipping Policy

Do you ship international orders?

We are currently not shipping physical products out of the country. We hope to do this again soon!

How is the item shipped?

USPS, or UPS. If there is an unusual delay, you will be notified. Your order will be marked as 'shipped' on the site status. If there is a tracking number, it is usually sent automatically.

Orders ship within 2 business days

In most cases, we update orders the same day with a tracking number.

Free Shipping is to the lower 48 states when noted "Free Shipping". Some books can be sent first class at a much lower rate than a priority. The buyer assumes all responsibility for determining the suitability of all products sold by Beans and Stitches for their specific use. Shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours. 

Address Changes:

Address changes can be made in your account and must be done before the order is placed.

What is your return policy?

Again, please contact us with pre-sale questions if necessary. I answer all contacts.

Cut fabric and digital patterns cannot be canceled/returned/refunded. 

While we take great care to get things right, if we sent the wrong item, simply contact us. 

Clearance items and media; books, DVDs, ebooks, magazines are not refundable.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% cancel/refund fee if an order is unshipped when canceled.
Do not attempt to return items without proper authorization.

Is shipping covered on a return?

If any return is granted, shipping for that return is not covered. We will cover shipping only if we made a mistake by sending the wrong item, or miss an item.
